Fame Game: This Should be Famous
Unitechange.org
Unitechange.org is a new kind of philanthropy. Their mission is to create a more interactive approach to charitable giving, where their donors can watch every aspect of a charitable project unfold. They broadcast their projects on an ongoing basis, through email updates, blogs, and photos/video from the project site. Donors will see each project grow from start to finish, get to know the people they’re helping, and be able stay in touch with the community after the project is complete.
Their vision is an online community of philanthropists that changes the world, one project at a time.
Tomorrow, Thursday, February 24th, unitechange.org will host its launch party and first fundraiser at the Professor’s Loft, above Professor Thom’s, in the East Village. Seize the opportunity to meet the team, learn about their mission, and donate to their first project. Click here for details.
