Last night, Zacapa Rum hosted a Dinner Under the Stars on a rainy New York night which brought out Julie Macklowe, Dayssi Olarte de Kanavos and Susan Shin to host a dining experience paired with the finest rum tasting at the 620 Loft & Garden. Among the stellar guests dressed in HONOR were powerful women icons Alexandra Lebenthal, Vivienne Tam, Kimberly Guilfoyle, Valesca Guerrand Hermes, Alexandra Lind Rose, Gillian Hearst Simonds, Chiu Ti Jansen, and Fame Game’s very own Tatiana Platt. And of course PMc was there to cover it. Here’s your weekly round-up…

Fame Game Exclusive Ticket Giveaway!
Zarkana on June 26th!
Fame Game is pleased to offer 2 pairs of free tickets to Cirque du Soleil’s Zarkana, for the Tuesday, June 26th performance.
Zarkana is an acrobatic rock opera that blends circus arts with the surreal to create a world where physical virtuosity rubs shoulders with the strange. The story follows Zark, a magician who has lost his powers - and the love of his life - in an abandoned theatre populated by a motley collection of off-the-wall characters and incomparable acrobats. He runs into the Mutants, four sirens as sinister as they are fabulous, who are determined to divert him from his quest.
Zarkana is a visual vortex set in a slightly twisted musical and acrobatic fantasy universe where, little by little, chaos and craziness give way to festivity and love regained.
Please send an email to feedback@famegame.com with “June 26th Ticket Giveaway” in the subject line to win your free tickets to the June 26th performance! Only one submission per person. Winners will be randomly selected and notified on Monday, June 18th. Good luck!

Welcome to the month of May! A month of spring flowers (hopefully) and the lead-in to SUMMER! It also seems to be the springboard for a number of new novels by reality TV and society-fashionistas. Notably, Bethenny Frankel’s first work of fiction, “Skinnydipping“, and Tinsley Mortimer’s “Southern Charm” both hit bookstores yesterday. And both appear to be quasi autobiographical accounts of their lives. Summer beach read, or can you wait until then? Here’s your weekly round-up…
- “By Invitation Only“, the book chronicling the rise of Gilt Groupe by founders Alexis Maybanks and Alexandra Wilkis Wilson, is rising in the ranks. As of Sunday, it was #3 on the New York Times Best Seller List for Hardcover Advice, and #2 in Business on the Wall Street Journal list. Way to go ladies!
- Get ready for lots of changes in the Hamptons this summer. Madonna is now occupying an estate on Blank Lane in Watermill north of the highway. Nello Summertimes in Southampton is no longer - a Greek restaurant will take its place. In Montauk, the Surf Lodge has been sold to new owners.
- Here is a ranking of the guests at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner this past weekend, in order of political power.
- Twitter item of the Week: She may have shut down her Twitter account at daddy’s request, but Paulina Gretzky can still use Instagram to post photos.
- Happy birthday TOMORROW to Gillian Hearst Simonds, NEXT WEEK: Wish a happy birthday to Patty Raynes and Nina Griscom on May 8th.
- Upcoming events: TONIGHT is the Opening of Courtney Love’s “And She’s Not Even Pretty” Art Exhibit at Fred Torres Collaborations. Also, Greater Talents Network Bureau holds its 30th Anniversary Gala at the United Nations with Candace Bushnell and Meghan McCain in attendance. NEXT WEEK: Monday, May 7th is the Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala with the interesting choice of honorary chair Jeff Bezos of Amazon.com. The Red Carpet of this year’s gala will be live-streamed for the first time ever. Go here to watch. See our events page for details on these events and more! And Happy Cinco de Mayo on Saturday!
